Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage Outcomes Research / HEOR studies.
• Develop study protocols (PRO, DCE, Delphi Panels, Implementation Science, etc.).
• Conduct patient interviews (Concept Elicitation, Cognitive Debriefing).
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis (NVivo, Atlas.ti, thematic analysis).
• Prepare IRB/ethics documentation.
• Support projects from study design through publications and conference presentations.
• Prepare client proposals and reports in Japanese and English.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.

Requirements

• Research experience in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related healthcare fields.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Survey/questionnaire design and patient interviews.
• Experience with PRO, DCE, Delphi Panels, or Implementation Science.
• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• NVivo or Atlas.ti experience.
• Publications or international collaborative research.
• GCP knowledge (nice to have).
