What You'll Do
- Lead communications strategy for a major therapeutic area.
- Advise executive leadership on communications and reputation.
- Drive disease awareness, patient engagement, and corporate reputation.
- Lead media, public affairs, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage agencies, budgets, communications KPIs, and compliance.
- Champion internal communications, change management, and crisis communications.
- Collaborate across Japan, regional, and global teams.
応募資格
Ideal Background
- 8–10+ years in Corporate Communications / Public Affairs.
- Healthcare, Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech experience preferred.
- Strong media relations and executive stakeholder management.
- Fluent Japanese; business-level English preferred.
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
