Overview:
Seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to oversee consistent delivery of FM services across a regional portfolio. This role focuses on managing outsourced service providers, ensuring contract compliance, and aligning with global and regional governance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site services and vendor relationships across multiple locations.
Ensure service provider performance meets contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Support procurement processes including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding.
Oversee compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards.
Monitor budgets, resolve disputes, and support annual business planning.
Drive continuous improvement and service innovation across sites.
Lead contractor governance and supplier performance management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, procurement, or related field.
8+ years in facilities management with strong vendor and project oversight experience.
Solid knowledge of services such as cleaning, catering, and security.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and globally.
Experience in contract management and performance benchmarking preferred.
Professional certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
