Overview:
Seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to oversee consistent delivery of FM services across a regional portfolio. This role focuses on managing outsourced service providers, ensuring contract compliance, and aligning with global and regional governance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site services and vendor relationships across multiple locations.

• Ensure service provider performance meets contractual SLAs and KPIs.

• Support procurement processes including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding.

• Oversee compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards.

• Monitor budgets, resolve disputes, and support annual business planning.

• Drive continuous improvement and service innovation across sites.

• Lead contractor governance and supplier performance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, procurement, or related field.

• 8+ years in facilities management with strong vendor and project oversight experience.

• Solid knowledge of services such as cleaning, catering, and security.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and globally.

• Experience in contract management and performance benchmarking preferred.

• Professional certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
