Director of Public Relations

About the Role

We are a rapidly growing SaaS company providing one of Japan's largest integrated cloud-based HR management platforms. Currently, in our "second founding period" with over 15,000 corporate clients, we are seeking a Director of PR to redefine our corporate branding and lead our multi-product communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic PR & Branding: Formulate mid-to-long-term PR strategies and manage budgets. Redefine and implement corporate and service brands during our transition to a multi-product ecosystem.
• Media Relations: Build and strengthen relationships with major economic, IT, and business media outlets. Create strategic press releases and compelling brand stories.
• Inner Branding: Promote the penetration of Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV) within the organization.
• Crisis Management: Establish response flows for risk detection and handle media inquiries during incidents.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor PR team members, setting goals and driving professional growth.

Qualifications

• PR Experience: 5+ years of experience in a corporate PR department or PR agency.
• Management: Proven experience in team management (any team size) and leading cross-functional projects.
• Media Network: Established connections with economic and IT business media.
• Mindset: A proactive "hunter" mentality with the ability to create news, combined with strong logical thinking and storytelling skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Estimated Annual Salary: ¥8,316,000 – ¥10,800,000
