Finance Director

Job Description

• Lead finance controllers for business units, managing FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and OPEX.

• Partner with business unit leadership on strategy, portfolio decisions, and performance monitoring.

• Drive total company sales planning, long-range financial plans, and regional submissions.

• Identify risks and opportunities, support investment and resource prioritization.

• Lead IBP process, ensure compliance, implement internal controls, and develop finance team (4 members, 2 direct reports).

Requirements

• MBA or relevant finance degree.

• 10–15+ years in finance, strategy, or corporate finance; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively.

• People leadership experience and strategic talent mindset.

• Experience in global or multi-national business preferred.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
