‣ Native-level Japanese and business-level English
‣ Authorization to work in Japan

Preferred:
‣ MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
‣ Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries
‣ Proven leadership or team management experience
‣ Advanced financial modeling and systems experience (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan)
