Project Management Analyst (Senior Level)

Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Project Management Analyst to support clinical trial delivery. This role partners closely with project leadership to ensure on-time, high-quality execution of studies, focusing on risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and track project timelines, milestones, and performance dashboards.

• Lead risk and issue management, implementing mitigation strategies and process improvements.

• Oversee project budgets, invoices, and financial tracking with strong analytical focus.

• Manage change control processes and ensure operational compliance.

• Support study documentation, system updates, and regulatory audit readiness.

• Coordinate onboarding, training compliance, and resource allocation for team members.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for project stakeholders.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research or project management.

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH/GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions and geographies.
