Overview

An international organization is seeking a skilled Commercial Excellence professional at Consultant to Manager level. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual with expertise in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries, who is passionate about driving performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement Commercial Excellence strategies, including go-to-market planning, sales force effectiveness, and customer engagement optimization.

• Conduct market assessments, performance analyses, and benchmarking to provide actionable insights.

• Lead and support cross-functional transformation projects that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

• Deliver strategic recommendations, presentations, and change management plans to clients or internal teams.

• Support business development efforts through proposal creation and thought leadership initiatives.

• Mentor and develop junior consultants or analysts to build team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 4–10 years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, or a related field within healthcare, life sciences, or medtech.

• Proven expertise in sales and marketing excellence, CRM, market access, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Fluency in Japanese with business-level English.

• Experience in multi-national environments is a plus.
