Role Overview:
Lead the development and execution of technology strategy for a therapeutic area within the Japan market. Collaborate with senior business leaders to define objectives, prioritize initiatives, and deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and align business and IT strategies, setting measurable goals and outcomes.

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen digital capability and data-driven decision-making.

• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, enterprise platforms, and process automation.

• Oversee investment planning, performance tracking, and business case development to ensure measurable value.

• Champion global alignment, organizational change, and talent development, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business, or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.

• Expertise in CRM, data analytics, and digital transformation with strong agile and product management knowledge.

• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex initiatives, and delivering business-focused technology solutions.

• Proficient in Japanese and English, with strong communication and leadership skills.
