What You Will Do
Support deployment and implementation of MDM / UEM / ITSM solutions
Provide technical advice, troubleshooting, and customer guidance
Translate technical discussions and documentation (JP ↔ EN)
Lead and support customer engagements and technical projects
Create high-quality documentation and reports in Japanese
Build strong relationships with customers and partners
Collaborate closely with global teams
Requirements
What You Will Bring
Native-level Japanese + strong business English
Hands-on experience with MDM, UEM, ITSM, or related enterprise IT solutions
Proven ability to manage or support technical/customer-facing projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Bonus: ITIL / PMP / technical certifications, or experience in a global environment
