Summary:

Our Client specializes in providing tailored solutions for the life sciences industry, focusing on issue resolution, digital transformation, and business support.

Responsibilities:

• As a Clinical Trial Data Management lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality management of clinical trial data necessary for obtaining drug approvals.
• With experience in various therapeutic areas and all phases of clinical trials, provide comprehensive data management solutions to support both domestic and international clients.
• Lead the clinical trial data management team, overseeing project management, database management from project initiation to database lock, proposing timelines and system structures, creating and reviewing Data Management Plans (DMPs), and facilitating communication and coordination with external clients and internal departments.
• 5 years of data management experience and more than 3 years in a leadership role, bring expertise in project management, risk management, and client communication.
• Knowledge of Rave system construction and operation, as well as experience in coordinating with overseas clients and team members, is advantageous.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of data management experience
• 3+ years of experience as a data management lead (supervisor)
• 3+ years of experience in communication with external clients
• Experience in project management (risk management, progress tracking, etc.)

Preferred (but not required):

• Practical experience in building and operating systems in Rave
• Coordination with overseas clients and team members
