Role: Specialist Manager, Evidence Generation & Publications – Ophthalmology

What you'll do

• Oversee evidence-generation and publication strategy for an ophthalmology portfolio.
• Plan and execute clinical research to address unmet medical needs and generate high-quality data aligned with brand and medical plans.

Must-haves

• Pharma R&D experience (nonclinical or clinical) or MA/MSL/study manager background.
• Experience planning and executing clinical research and disseminating results (conference presentations, publications).
• Team or project management experience; people-management experience preferred.
• Strong scientific/logical thinking and communication skills.

Salary: approx. 1,500 ~ 2,000万円
