Key Responsibilities
・Plan and execute communication strategies aimed at strengthening organizational reputation
・Build and maintain trusted relationships with media and conduct media analysis
・Update and create content for the corporate website
・Support crisis-related communications and stakeholder engagement
・Distribute internal information and manage communication platforms
・Support planning and execution of sustainability-related initiatives
・Assist in organizing internal events and town halls
Requirements
Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree
・3–5 years of communications experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or life sciences sectors
・Strategic and creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset
・Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects
・Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration internally and externally
・Strong writing and communication abilities in both Japanese and English
・Experience working with external vendors and agencies
