As a Senior Consultant / Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact consulting and scientific solutions to clients in the healthcare and life sciences sector. Your expertise in central nervous system (CNS) therapeutic areas will guide strategy, optimize clinical development, and drive innovation across neurological and psychiatric projects.
This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of science, strategy, and patient outcomes.
Lead or support the design, execution, and delivery of consulting or research projects in CNS therapeutic areas such as depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease.
Analyze complex client challenges and design data-driven, customized solutions aligned with business and regulatory objectives.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
Translate complex scientific data into clear, actionable insights through compelling reports and presentations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for follow-on engagements.
Stay informed on emerging trends, regulatory changes, and scientific advancements in CNS research and clinical development.
Requirements
Doctoral degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CNS therapeutic areas, specifically depression, schizophrenia, or Alzheimer’s disease
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience with clinical trial design, execution, or oversight
Familiarity with CNS-specific rating scales and clinician-reported outcome measures
Experience conducting patient assessments in clinical or research settings
