Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive data platform, BI, and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on designing and implementing solutions that maximize business value from large-scale data, reporting, and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to data platforms, BI, and AI implementation.

• Manage small to mid-sized project teams, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery standards.

• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and engage directly with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with global teams to adapt and roll out best practices.

• Support solution development from planning through to operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience managing projects of 3 or more members.

• Proven skills in client-facing proposals and presentations.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and logical thinking abilities.

• Fluent in Japanese; business-level English (reading/writing).

• Experience in data platforms, BI, or AI implementation preferred.

• Healthcare sector exposure is a plus.
