Analytics Consulting Manager – Japan

A global healthcare data and consulting company is looking for a consulting manager in Tokyo (hybrid) to lead data analytics engagements for pharmaceutical clients' commercial teams.

• Manage analytics consulting projects from start to finish: client communication, progress and team development.
• Use market and sales data to guide clients' marketing strategy and field-force planning.
• Develop new consulting services as client needs change, and grow junior team members.

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or commercial excellence, or in data-driven commercial roles such as sales.
• Consulting experience delivering data analytics or data science services to clients in any industry.
• Strong data literacy, understanding of pharma business processes, communication skills and people-development experience.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
