求人情報
- Represent customer requirements internally.
- Define Division Quality objectives, and monitor progress
- Manage the Division Quality System in accordance with the Company Excellence System
- Define, staff, and develop the Division Quality organization
- Ensure the Division’s compliance with all safety/ regulation requirements
- Collaborate with the purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance
- Manage and Create Quality at development stage as Program Quality Leader
- Analize and report quality result to customer and all relevant parties/Negotiate with customers on key issues and discuss responses Interrupt the development, manufacturing or delivery of products when Quality is not assured
- Collaborate Quality of Japan Division to proceed the tasks
応募資格
- Education Level Bachelor and above
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of quality management professional experience
- Ability to manage a complex network in a matrixed global organization
- Manufacturing and Quality experience
- Automotive industry background
- Process Orientation
- Multi-site management experience
- Customer Relationship experience
- English Business Level
- Japanese Business Level
