With JOEM business consistently expanding, they need to hire a Project Manager.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of system level engineers, software engineers, hardware engineers, mechanical engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prepare project development schedule and development budget.
Manage development progress, assign tasks and resources, control development costs, and manage risks and issues.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure project deliverables are achieved and quality standards are maintained.
Work in compliance with relevant automotive industry standards and processes such as ASPICE, PPAP, IATF, etc.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders, including senior management, and report regular status updates.
Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement activities to improve project management processes and practices.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and periodic reports.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners in both English and Japanese.
応募資格
Minimum of 3 years project management experience in the automotive industry.
Experience in software and hardware development in the automotive industry is a plus.
Experience in project planning, schedule management, risk management, stakeholder management, and budget management.
Understanding of relevant automotive industry standards and processes such as ASPICE, PPAP, IATF, etc.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Experience in continuous improvement methodologies to lead efficiency-enhancing projects.
Leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Ability to create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
Project management related certifications (e.g., PMP, ACP, Certified ScrumMaster) are and advantage
