Position: Director (Partner) ~ Senior Director (Senior Partner)

Report Line: Head of Consulting Japan

Salary: 1800 ~ 3500万円 (flexbile)

Summary:

Our Client specializes in providing tailored solutions for the life sciences industry, focusing on issue resolution, digital transformation, and business support.

Responsibilities:

• Specialized in the Healthcare Industry - promoting issue resolution, digital transformation, and business support.
• Utilize Client's core assets, including diverse medical big data, advanced data analysis capabilities such as statistical analysis and AI/ML, and a broad portfolio of offerings and specialized talent across company to transform client businesses globally and locally.
• Support issue resolution and business execution in the life sciences industry, primarily focusing on pharmaceutical companies through project-based initiatives.
• Develop and deploy innovative solutions that can become industry gold standards based on rich analytics and business support experience specialized in the life sciences industry.
• Introduce and expand business analytics-related solutions developed globally by Client into the Japanese market.
• 60% project delivery / 40% sales & business development (subject to change)

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or above (e.g., MBA, MA/MS, MPH, PhD, etc.)
• Experience in strategic consulting within a consulting firm.
• Desire to contribute broadly to industry transformation through consulting and solution implementation in analytics, solutions, and digital transformation within life sciences/healthcare-related companies.
• Motivation to establish and lead a consulting business in their own specialized area, leveraging Client's assets and capabilities.
