Summary:

Our Client is a Global Consultancy with a presence in 30 countries and over 2,000 employees, is dedicated to Commercial aspects of our Client business.

Responsibilities:

• Direct client interaction: Set project objectives, create analytical frameworks, assign work responsibilities, and oversee overall tracking and management of client deliverables.
• Timely recommendations: Provide concise and timely recommendations to clients based on the project team's research and analysis.
• Team management: Manage, evaluate, and enhance the performance of team members.
• Business development: Contribute to the firm's business development by developing, defending, and selling proposals.
• Public visibility: Actively build awareness of the firm through activities such as delivering speeches, participating in conferences, running workshops, presenting at client seminars, and writing white papers and articles.
• Firm management involvement: Contribute to the overall management of the firm by participating in professional development, public relations, and human resources.
• Project and business balance: Allocate time between project delivery (60-70%) and business development (30%).
• Mentorship: Mentor and develop the next generation of consultants.
• Commercial focus: Concentrate the majority of business efforts on commercial side projects.

Qualifications:

• Earned an undergraduate degree or above (e.g., MBA, MA/MS, MPH, PhD, etc.)
• Proven expertise for more than 3 years in a comparable role at a management consulting firm, demonstrating strong project management skills encompassing work planning, presentation development, and quality control of analysis.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of experience in life science and healthcare areas.
