Position Description:

As a Lead Buyer within the Programs Procurement department at company, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the procurement process for new programs.

This position requires strategic sourcing expertise, Program management skills, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of Automotive display and allied parts sourcing and part development while meeting cost and compliance targets.

You will lead procurement activities for complex automotive projects, driving continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain operations to support company's commitment to excellence in the automotive industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive procurement experience within the automotive electronics industry, with a focus on program sourcing and supplier management.

• Proven track record of managing complex automotive procurement projects and delivering cost savings while maintaining quality standards.

• Strong knowledge of automotive electronics industry regulations, quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949), and other general compliance requirements.

• Experience in JIRA, ERP and MS Office etc.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving supplier performance improvements.

• Excellent in Program management, communication, stakeholder management skills and negotiation skill.

• Certification in Program management, procurement or supply chain management (e.g., PMP, CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
