Define Division Quality objectives, and monitor progress
Manage the Division Quality System in accordance with the Company Excellence System
Define, staff, and develop the Division Quality organization
Ensure the Division’s compliance with all safety/ regulation requirements
Collaborate with the purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance
Manage and Create Quality at development stage as Program Quality Leader
Analize and report quality result to customer and all relevant parties/Negotiate with customers on key issues and discuss responses Interrupt the development, manufacturing or delivery of products when Quality is not assured
Collaborate Quality of Japan Division to proceed the tasks
Requirements
Education Level Bachelor and above
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of quality management professional experience
Ability to manage a complex network in a matrixed global organization
