■Job Description
You will be responsible for the design and development of automotive hinges, door checks, or power tailgates.
We take pride in our unique technologies and strengths not found in other suppliers, developing hinges, door checks, and power tailgates for various vehicle models.
With strong trust from domestic and international automakers, you will be involved consistently throughout the entire project lifecycle, from product planning and proposal to mass production launch.

【Development Structure】
Project teams consist of approximately 5 to 6 members, including overseas personnel. We tackle challenges collaboratively as a team.
You will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities beyond design work, including cost considerations and schedule adjustments.
■ The Rewards of Manufacturing
In our door checkers, the “feel” when opening and closing doors is a crucial element. Depending on the situation, we may even prototype and test components in-house.
In the mechatronics field, you'll work on designing cutting-edge technologies like power backdoors, which are rapidly gaining market share.
■ Languages Used
Communication with Japanese automakers is in Japanese, while global teams use English.
※You will collaborate with bases in Germany, North America, China, and other locations. This is an environment where you can utilize languages other than English, such as Chinese, German, and Spanish.
■ Training Provided
We provide opportunities to learn our in-house design systems, technologies, and the manufacturing processes at each factory. An environment is also in place where you can attend external training if desired.
■ Team Structure Our Japan office operates with a lean team of 16 elite members! Responsibilities are divided by component focus. Communication with other teams is active, fostering a strong sense of unity and exceptional openness! Additionally, the office houses test fixtures, tools, and machine tools, enabling hands-on manufacturing within the workspace.
