Description
Own all sales activities for assigned accounts and coordinate with internal departments to achieve quota and maintain strong relationships with customers and their leadership.
Target customers include major automakers and ECU suppliers.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with engineering organizations at the customer and with management.
Understand customer requirements and propose products/solutions with clear unique selling points and advantages.
Conduct daily customer visits; create account/business plans; negotiate price, terms, and conditions; execute service/product contracts; process orders with support staff; manage accounts receivable; and handle customer complaints.
Partner with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) during pursuits when deeper engineering discussions are required.
Work with sales coordinators who support back-office operations (quotations, order entry, phone handling).
Requirements
[Mandatory]
・Over 5 years of work experience at sales/marketing division or technical division on software and hardware tool development
・Order processing skills
・Experience of high profile sales
・Ability of intercultural communication and English proficiency (TOEIC score over 700)
・Solution based sales experience is a big plus
・Intermediate level of Microsoft PowerPoint
[Preferred Skills]
・Engineering degree of any kind
・Experience in automotive industry
・Knowledge of measurement/calibration, AUTOSAR or Model-based developmen.
・Experience of sales planning and strategic plan development
・Knowledge of electrical control or embedded software
