📌 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Collaboration & Execution 🤝
Partner with market leaders and cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
Manage programs and metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Surface critical business topics for discussion and deep dives.
Commercial Tools & Systems Enhancement 💻
Lead CRM, analytics dashboard, and sales enablement tool improvements.
Translate operational pain points into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with IT to align on functionality, design, and performance.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence ⚙️
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance decision-making and effectiveness.
Standardize processes and drive continuous capability improvement.
Project & Change Management 📈
Lead initiatives with strong project management, influencing, and leadership skills.
Business Insight & Communication 📊
Bridge field and HQ leadership with actionable insights.
Monitor initiative execution and support decision-making with data-driven analysis.
Culture & Compliance 🛡️
Uphold organizational values and promote inclusion, integrity, and accountability.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with quality management policies.
Travel up to 10% as required.
Requirements
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
5+ years in commercial operations, sales enablement, or business systems in life sciences or medical devices.
Strong business acumen with experience managing metrics, financials, and operational processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred:
2+ years in leadership roles, managing teams or vendors.
Knowledge of field force effectiveness, data governance, or incentive compensation.
Experience leading strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
