Overview:

Lead Product Portfolio Manager
Location: Central Tokyo

This role is responsible for ensuring operational readiness for the launch of a new healthcare product portfolio in Japan. The position reports to the regional franchise lead and partners closely with both local and international cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational planning and execution for upcoming product launches in Japan.

• Collaborate across functions including logistics, regulatory, access, medical affairs, and commercial teams.

• Serve as the key point of contact between the Japan and international portfolio teams.

• Contribute to the development of country-specific launch materials.

• Support national advisory boards and engage with key external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• 5–8 years of experience in pharma, biotech, or medtech industries in Japan.

• Proven track record in product launch execution.

• Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
