Summary:

Our EU Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager specializing in the diagnostics industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of diagnostic technologies, and a passion for driving product innovation and development. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing product strategies that align with market demands and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth within the diagnostics industry.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, finance, sales, marketing, logistics and other departments to drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market requirements, and business value.
  • Launch and Marketing: Plan and execute successful product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding of product goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance, and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Life Sciences).
  • 7 years of proven experience in product management within the diagnostics industry, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
  • In-depth knowledge of diagnostic technologies, including but not limited to molecular diagnostics, immunoassays, point-of-care testing, and laboratory equipment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interact confidently with customers.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset in identifying market opportunities and addressing challenges.
