Compensation: Based on experience, expertise, and tenure.

• Junior Level: ¥7M–¥11M

• Mid-Level: ¥11M–¥18M

• Senior Level: ¥18M+

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and driven Digital Transformation Consultants to join our growing team, supporting innovation and operational excellence in the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for professionals who are excited to solve complex challenges across pharma, medtech, healthcare providers, and public health agencies by leveraging technology, data, and strategic consulting practices.

Whether you're starting your consulting journey or bringing years of experience, you'll play a critical role in reshaping healthcare systems, improving patient outcomes, and driving digital innovation across our client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

(Scope will vary by level of experience)

• Partner with healthcare clients to define, plan, and implement digital transformation initiatives.

• Conduct business and technology assessments to identify improvement areas and digital opportunities.

• Design future-state operating models, digital strategies, and transformation roadmaps.

• Support or lead project delivery across areas such as:

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)

  • Telehealth and remote care

  • AI and data analytics solutions

  • Digital therapeutics (DTx)

  • Cloud adoption and system modernization

• Analyze user requirements and align digital solutions with clinical, regulatory, and business needs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, clinicians, and senior stakeholders.

• Support change management, training, and stakeholder alignment.

• (Senior) Lead client engagements, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Masters or above highly beneficial

• Strong interest or experience in healthcare operations, digital health, or consulting.

• Business-level Japanese and English (both written and spoken).

Experience by Level:

Junior Consultant (Min. 3 years):

• Exposure to digital health or healthcare systems is a plus.

Consultant (3 – 8 years):

• Hands-on experience in healthcare transformation projects.

• Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Some Project Management experience highly beneficial

Senior Consultant / Manager (8+ years):

• Demonstrated success in leading complex transformation initiatives.

• Strong client-facing, team leadership, and strategic advisory skills.

• Business development or proposal writing experience is a plus.

• Full Project Management Experience - medium to large scale projects.
