Role and responsibilities:

  • Build good relationship with the customer that enhances the image of the company. 

  • Manage the Request for Quotation internally with all competencies and front of JOEM account. Support Negotiation of prices, obtain purchase contract/orders, and ensure that invoices are paid. 

  • Follow the program in development and make sure appropriate sales support and expertise are provided to the development team. 

  • To support establish the sales budget and manage the sales forecast. 

  • Select prepare and support the business pursuits, internally and with the customer to ensure targeted win rate. 

  • Understand and facilitate resolution of quality, service, price / terms of sale, profit, technology, responsiveness, and performance issues. 

  • Propose new technologies and support Advance Engineering team front of the customer to develop the portfolio product. 

  •  Managing Sales assistant to profile quotation and business strategy. 

Teamwork

  • Be knowledgeable of all customer programs; interface with Divisional Sales Manage/Program managers/Engineering Managers who are working on specific customer forward programs; interact with and connect all divisional functions (sales, engineering, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure that the customer’s expectations are being communicated and met. 

  • Work with worldwide Engineering team; communicate technical requirements and trends back to the division and the technical centers.

応募資格

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience - automotive.
  • Sales experience includes automotive supply side, selling to JOEMs
  • Experience with hi-tech products/applications sales such as ADAS/AD or other technical solutions
  • Experience with direct interface to JOEM customers
  • Experience doing sales with Toyota is an advantage (not must)
  • Japanese language skills; JLPT N3 or higher
  • Strong drive and willingness to develop business with JOEMs
