Senior Program Manager (ADAS)

Our client is one of the top global leaders in ADAS / AD with a very strong footprint in Japan.

They are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead key projects.

Role and responsibilities:

• The Senior Program Manager will ensure performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, Timing) in the management of complex Projects.
• Ensure System coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with internal and Customer expectations.
• Drive several sub-projects where he/she is the main customer interface for his/her System Project
• Coach other Projects Managers

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or Electronics
• Successful development and launch experience as OEM application Project Manager (min 10 years)
• Development Standards knowledge (V cycle)
• Personal skills to manage functional organization
• Financial knowledge on Development costs, Product costs and Manufacturing costs
• Fluent Japanese mandatory (speaking, reading, writing)
• Fluent English mandatory
