Description

1. Achieve the revenue target defined by the budget.
2. Conduct profit improvement activities, budget neutral (SPC and aPRD).
3. Drive the CSA process with high-level of ownership, define growth strategy for the account(s) in charge.
4. Achieve the OI target.
5. Enhance relationship with the customer(s) in charge.
6. Actively participate the team activity to contribute improved performance as the team.
7. Proactively attend X-BU, X-Functional activities.

Requirements

- Practical sales experience of more than 5 years
- Understand project milestone and have an experience to support project management
- People management experience more than 3 years is a plus (not a mandatory)
- Mandatory to have working experience in a cross-cultural organization. (Minimum 5 years)
