Validation Supervisor

Your Tasks

• Management of Validation Engineering for Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) in Japan

• Responsibility for project development in terms of time, quality and budget

• Merging the measurement-; Data management and project strategies

• Effective cooperation and integration with other R&D locations worldwide as well as various external parties in the context of validation

• Responsible for improving best practice in validation engineering

Your Profile

• University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or comparable qualification

• Many years of proven experience in personnel management

• Experience in project management and execution

• Very good comprehension, analytical and structured way of working as well as the ability to work independently within the team

• Very good Japanese and English skills, flexibility, resilience and willingness to travel
