Brand Manager / Associate Brand Manager – Oncology (Hematology)

💼 About the Role

Join a high-impact, patient-focused marketing team driving innovation in the hematology space. You’ll play a key role in launching new indications and shaping strategy through collaboration, creativity, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

➡️ Drive successful launch of new indication(s)

➡️ Develop and execute marketing strategy with cross-functional stakeholders

➡️ Build and nurture KOL relationships and key partnerships

➡️ Create compelling promotional tools and training programs

➡️ Lead congress activities (seminars, symposiums, ads)

➡️ Ensure clear communication of brand tactics to sales teams

➡️ Manage vendors and control marketing budget

What We’re Looking For

➡️ Marketing or medical strategy experience (sales/hematology experience is a plus)

➡️ Bilingual (Japanese & English), TOEIC 700+

➡️ Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills

➡️ Experience working in a matrix/cross-functional environment

➡️ Professional presence, autonomous and assertive
