Job Title: FP&A Analyst - Healthcare Industry

Overview: Our US Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team within the Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's financial landscape. The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning for the pharmaceutical business unit.
• Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and provide financial guidance on new product launches, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases and financial justification for capital projects, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Support the annual budgeting process by consolidating inputs, analyzing trends, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies between actual results and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to incorporate relevant insights into financial forecasts and analyses.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or CPA/CFA qualification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools is preferred.
